Senior Account Manager
Job Description:
1. Responsible for SAPLUS b2b international market development in the field of architecture, real estate industry, and other localization service system implementation. Provide targeted products and services based on customer company's business needs in order to enhance the stickiness of cooperation;
2. Responsible for linking, integrating, and efficiently leveraging market resources of SAPLUS; effectively promote sustainable development of the project and achieve business goals;
3. Deeply explore b2b customer service needs and promote customized services based on SAPLUS's overall solutions and strategies;
4. Timely confirmation of project expenses and follow-up of payment reimbursement;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the department head.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of relevant work experience in the Internet industry, experience in business customers development, and experience in data-based operations;
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and share with a team, and establish positive interactive relationships with external customers and internal teams;
3. Proficient in using sales tools, such as Powerpoint and other software;
4. Fluent in English or Japanese, background in architecture or a related field is a plus;
5. Can work remotely from Singapore, Dubai, and the United Kingdom.

Overseas Project Coordinator
Job Description:
1. Responsible for internal and external communication and coordination in the production phase of overseas projects;
2. Organize and translate project-related documents on a daily basis;
3. Maintain daily communication with overseas customers and flexibly handle various emergencies in the project;
4. Assist sales in carrying out various business tasks and maintain customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, graduates in architecture-related majors or English majors are preferred;
2. Have strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent oral English, and can communicate with foreign customers without any barriers;
3. Good at discerning customer needs, outgoing, patient, and having good mental health;
4. Have strong learning ability and sense of responsibility.
